Anaqaa Apparel launches with a modest fashion show
We held our launch event at the FC Designer workspace with a modest fashion show, converting the sewing room into a runway! Our Director delivered a speech to guests including; Islington Council's business team, local residents, trainees from the sewing group, and our VIP guests - Jannaty's members, of course! Our message to attendees is that Anaqaa Apparel's garments are handmade by women for women, we are producing luxury limited and one-off pieces. Anaqaa is not fast fashion, as we trying to incorporate sustainable practices into our clothing line as well as creating stylish modest clothing. Anaqaa Apparel is a different brand, we exist to support the development of the women we work with. It's not just about fashion, it's about changing lives.
